Research reveals that 1 in 7 individuals in the UK is neurodivergent, encompassing those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and OCD. As a business owner or manager, understanding and embracing neurodiversity is crucial. This can include adapting: recruitment processes, information sharing, workspaces, career pathways and communications.

Discover how fostering a neurodiverse team can lead to increased innovation, loyalty, problem-solving, productivity and retention.

Despite a high number of neurodivergent individuals, there are still considerable gaps in employment, with only 15% of UK adults with autism currently employed according to the National Autistic Society.

In this online session hosted by Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub and Local Enterprise Partnership and DWP, we will delve into neurodiversity, exploring how employers can tap into this under-represented talent pool and make the workplace neuro-inclusive. This session is ideal for HR managers and those with line management responsibilities.

Engage with speakers from organisations such as A-D Directed, Bee Brilliant, Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub, Department for Work and Pensions and To Health.

Learn about neurodiversity in the workplace, how to access support programmes like Access To Work and Disability Confident and hear from successful neurodiverse entrepreneurs who will share their own insights. After the session, gain access to resources and further support to enhance your workplace for neurodiverse employees.
